MET Office Predict “Colder-Than-Summer” Winter
Local weather gurus across the Isle of Wight have foreseen a winter which will bring with it temperatures much lower than those experienced this summer.
The annual concern over what conditions to expect during the coming winter period have been answered by the Islands residential weather experts.
“Looks like its gona be a cold one”, said Hermit Douglas told us as he gazed towards the horizon, clearly deep within a state of divination.
Such predictions from these knowledgeable weather sages have been warmly received by residents all over the Island.
“I hate not knowing what to expect”, said Mavis Twix. “Every year I have no idea whether I should purchase a large quantity of woollen jumpers and socks, or to simply replenish my flip-flop collection. Thank goodness we have these weather experts available absolutely everywhere on the Island.”
Weather gurus will be on hand to Isle of Wight residents 24 hours a day to lend their views on the levels of rainfall, what time it gets dark, how often they are turning on their heating, and to express concerns over how it definitely feels colder than it was this time last year.
If you feeling unsure or worried about what to this expect this Christmas period there are plenty of weather experts located at local shops, in your workplace, in cafés, at bus-stops, in queues, in your family, and pretty much anywhere you go.
